K12 Assist LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates the ParentLead platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our Service. When a school registers for ParentLead, we collect: school name and contact information, the name, email address, and phone number of the registering administrator, and school demographics such as grade configuration and school type.
We collect: first name, the grade level(s) of their enrolled child(ren), and the mobile phone number used to participate in the program. Participation is entirely voluntary and requires affirmative opt-in consent.
We collect: the mobile phone number from which a prospective parent texts in, and the content of text message conversations facilitated through the platform. No personally identifying information beyond the phone number is required from a prospective parent to initiate a connection.
When you visit our website (parentlead.com), we may automatically collect certain technical information, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs. This information is used in aggregate to improve our website and does not personally identify you.

Schools should not share any student records or personally identifiable student information through the platform.
ParentLead is a business-to-school service intended for use by adults (parents and school administrators). We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will promptly delete it.
